The fish is deep skinned to preserve that just caught flavor, and cut by hand into natural fillet shaped portions. Our Crispy Batter is made from all natural ingredients with no bleached flour, additives or artificial colors. The portions are par-fried in GMO free, non saturated Canola Oil resulting in 0 Trans Fats.

Just Grilled Shrimp is available in three delicious flavors, Honey-Jalapeno, Scampi and Jambalaya, for a variety of uses. Our Shrimp are harvested live from ponds and processed within hours of harvest to assure the fresh flavor nature intended. We marinate our fresh shrimp and fully cook them on our specially designed Fire Grill. To lock in the freshness and tenderness of the shrimp and the unique marinade and fire grilled flavors, the shrimp is sent to the nitrogen freezer moments after grilling. A great addition to pasta or rice, Just Grilled Shrimp brings some pizzazz to a salad or appetizer.

WILD BREADED ALASKA RAZOR CLAMS

They are harvested in the Kenai Peninsula of South East Alaska along the clean wilderness shores near Polly Creek where our diggers live near the beach so they can be ready when the tides are best in the peak summer months. Each clam is then hand breaded with our traditional Northwest recipe of the finest natural ingredients, and flash frozen to lock in the freshness of the Alaska Waters.

ALL NATURAL - NO ADDITIVES Starfish Wild Pacific Halibut Portions are 100% natural, no chemicals added to enhance weight or change the natural nutritional values. When you present a Starfish portion to your guests they get the real thing. Portions are cut to a tight specification to assure plate costs, eye appeal and consistency. Starfish Wild Pacific Halibut Portions are from Long Line Harvested, Frozen at Sea Pacific Halibut for that just caught flavor. Each portion is vacuum packed to insure freshness and integrity.

ALL NATURAL - NO ADDITIVES Starfish Wild Harvested Pre-cuts are available in both Halibut or Cod. Biased cut for better coverage and adherence of breading or battering in your kitchen. Precision portion pre-cuts don't need to be thawed to prepare. Just rinse the protective water glaze from the pre-cut portions and bread or batter with your favorite recipe and straight to the fryer for ease and quickness.
